We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Oberstdorf, staying in one of Stefanie Blattner's apartments for the fifth time. Once again the service we received was first class, all of the ladies in the Blattner office speak English and we have always been made to feel very welcome after our long train journey from Munich airport. All of the apartments we have stayed in have been clean, well equipped and usually we have found them to be even better than we aniticipated from the description on the website. For skiers we would definitely recommend any of the apartments in Nebelhornstrasse No. 49, the Nebelhorn bahn is just a few meters up the road and the bus to the station to catch any of the ski buses to other ski areas stops right outside the front door! Thank you to all of the team who help to make our holidays in Oberstdorf so special.

We stay in the same apartment every year for two weeks and have never failed to be impressed. We always have a wonderful holiday and cannot recommend Oberstdorf, Stefanie Blattner or the apartment we use highly enough. Next year will be our 16th visit. I think that says it all.

My wife and I visited Oberstdorf for six days in June 2011 while attending a skating competition with four sets of friends from Vancouver. We loved the charm, quaintness and the cleanliness of this little Bavarian mountain village. We had a charming and spacious apartment managed by Stephanie Blattner who speaks good English. Stephanie and her female staff operate an apartment-rental business which includes various self-catered units in a variety of buildings throughout the town. Her office is centrally located on the central square by the train station.

Stephanie is a very personable and accommodating woman who did everything necessary to make our stay fun and easy. She and her staff spent considerable time going over the local attractions with us, recommending restaurants and various activities including walks and hikes which they laid out for us on local maps.

Our apartment was very cute and fully supplied with all the amenities one could ask for. It was roomy and renowned “German clean”. The other units occupied by our four sets of friends in other buildings were also cute and excellent value, good quality and very-reasonably priced.

After we left and had arrived in Munich I discovered that I had left my wallet back in the Oberstdorf apartment. I phoned Stephanie immediately and she assured me that she would find my wallet and get it to me quickly. It arrived at our hotel the following morning to my relief and without charge. I can only say that I truly appreciated this extraordinary service and I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and our wonderful time in Oberstdorf. Sincerely, Ron & Sandy Johnson
